I'm Cambria.

I was born on the new millennium in Santa Cruz, California. At the age of 4 I was relocated to the tiny and beautiful Island of Kauai, Hawaii where I spent the entirety of my childhood. I spent the next 20 or so years growing and learning what it meant to be gifted an opportunity that so few get to experience, living on an island in the pacific surrounded by beauty and controversy that is to be lived to be understood. I started working from the age of 15, usually multiple jobs, saving up for my dreams and independence. I have spent the past few years building a fluctuating income on my creative pursuits, and traveling as much as a girl of my age and background possibly could have. Needless to say, I have been able to make many of my dreams a reality and would not ask for a different life!

I have some college training but am mostly a self taught photographer. The professional extent of my shooting started in 2018, with a family owned wedding company on Kauai that focused mostly on beach weddings. I worked with them for two years then off and on post pandemic. Since then I've free lanced jobs on the side and for the past year or two was the sole products and lifestyle photographer for a high end boutique on Kauai.

Despite my varied experience my passion lies in landscape art and abstract photography. Although I must say there is nothing quite like connecting directly with a model, family, or couple to tell their story. My true love with photography will always be to bring nature into the experience - natural lighting and unique places. The more raw, adventurous, or dirty we can get the better.

While I am from Hawaii, I recently moved back to my home town in Santa Cruz and will be taking clients here. I am open to travel but will prioritize local clients first.
